Hey there! Nice to meet you! As a busy stay-at-home mom, I’ve only got about 2 seconds before one of my kids decides to use permanent marker all over the walls – so I’ll cut right to the chase! After embarking on my own weight loss journey, I realized how passionate I was about running and working out. I turned that passion into a career by training others in group and one-on-one settings. That was 10 years ago. Now, I reach individuals from across the world, by training in the online space!
